Security Hole in iOS 4.1 Means iOS 4.1.1 Coming Soon, Save Your SHSH Blobs NOW [Update]

If you are one of our readers, you may know that there's a major security hole in iOS 4.1 (and iOS 4.2 beta too) allows to you to bypass your lock code and make phone calls even when phone is locked. We already tried it on jailbroken and non-jailbroken devices and it works like a charm! You can give it a try.
This lockscreen security flaw makes it very possible that iOS 4.1.1 coming very soon as Apple likes to close any security holes, real quick. But, they won't fix only this lockscreen security flaw, they will also close the untethered hacks from comex merged in Limera1n and GreenPois0n jailbreak. The Limera1n and GreenPois0n will still allow jailbreaking, but we would have to re-jailbreak, every time the device is rebooted.

So, if you want really to keep your current jailbreak safe and untethered, so it'd be better not to update to the new iOS 4.1.1 and save your SHSH blobs now. We already have full step by step guide posted here to save your SHSH blobs using the popular must have tool TinyUmbrella. Stay tuned as we will inform you when the new update is available.

Update:  Apple spokeswoman contacted Wired.com mentioning the security flaw :
We’re aware of this issue and we will deliver a fix to customers as part of the iOS 4.2 software update in November.
We can conclude from this that Apple will not release version called iOS 4.1.1
