Customize Your Google Homepage As you want

Yes, That's Amazing Google has added "Freeze Frame" Feature to Allow you to Customize Google Homepage as you want, It lets you add the Picture you want to be as your Background for Google Homepage.

You can Upload the Image either from your Computer or from Picasa Web Albums

If you have done from Choosing your Homepage and how it be Customized, you can send for Google by Tweeting a picture of your page with the hashtag #myGooglepage and share it with Google!

This new feature is being rolled out to users in the U.S. over the next few days, so if you don’t see a link in the lower left-hand corner of Google.com now, check back soon. For those outside of the U.S., you can expect to see this new feature in the coming days as it's rolled out internationally.
